Joy's Guest

Joy's guest for this Wednesday is Cynthia, the creator of ScratchnAll, one of the wonderful sponsors of the radio show - ALL animals love a good scratch - from alpacas to zebras and everything in between. What makes this product unique is the fact that it has 4 interlocking sides so you put it together like a puzzle. It will also bend over a 90o corner. When mounting it on a solid surface, you can create your own design and build a grid that will accommodate any animals’ needs. Build it high or wide simply by “adding a pad.” It's a stationary pad for your animal to use at will. For more information and to watch the videos of a donkey, lynx and horse and listen also to the audio testimonial about a pot-bellied pig, please visit www.scratchnall.com The phone number is 1-888-9-SCRATCH or 1-888-972-7282. Discounts are available for large quantity orders so this makes a perfect fund-raiser for any a! nimal organization, rescue or shelter.

Please have a wonderful and safe 4th of July. According to PETS 911 July 4 is the #1 day during the year for lost pet (specifically dogs) reports as they are easily scared by the noise from fireworks celebrations. Please take extra caution when attending fireworks shows with your pets, and consider leaving them indoors with a TV or radio playing where the loud noises will not be as overwhelming for their sensitive ears. PETS 911 Director Tracyann Mains says "Pets will instinctively panic in an uncomfortable situation, so please take the appropriate precautions." For more pet summer safety tips, visit http://www.pets911.com/animal-academy/seasonal-safety-tips/. To report a lost pet, consult the Pets911.com or call the PETS 911 toll free hotline toll free hotline (1-888-PETS911.
